Your gift and personalisation

Check the product description, size guide, colour, quantity, delivery address and your personalisation carefully before ordering. You must have permission to use any photographs, text or designs you provide, including permission where another person's information appears in them.

Previews help you check your design. Screen colours and the appearance of a printed or embroidered item can differ. This does not excuse a faulty item or a material difference from its description or agreed design.

We may review uploaded artwork and refuse content that is unlawful or unsuitable for production. If we cannot fulfil a paid order, we will contact you and arrange any refund due.

Prices, orders and payment

The final price, applicable taxes and any delivery charges must be clear before you pay. Do not send card details to us by email or telephone.

Paid ordering is not yet open. Before launch, we will explain when an order is accepted, how payment is taken and how your order confirmation is supplied. A Development test order uses simulated payment and does not collect money.

Delivery

Our delivery information forms part of these terms. It covers production and transit time, delivery charges and help with delayed or missing parcels. The available service and delivery estimate must be given before a paid order is placed.

Returns, refunds and cancellation

Our returns and cancellation policy forms part of these terms. It explains the rules for personalised items, faulty products and any goods that qualify for a change-of-mind return. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

Your information and complaints

Read our privacy and data security notice and cookie information to understand how we handle your information. Contact Lovely Gifts directly about an order or complaint; we remain your seller even when a production partner makes and dispatches your gift.
