Production and transit

Our planned UK delivery service is Royal Mail 2nd Class, with an estimated delivery time of 3–5 working days. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date.

Your gift is made after ordering. Production time is separate from the time a carrier takes to deliver it, and items from different production partners may arrive separately.

Before paid ordering opens, we will make any separate production time and product-specific delivery arrangements clear, including whether the stated estimate includes production. No fixed arrival date is promised by this draft.

Your address and delivery problems

Check the recipient and selected delivery address carefully before ordering. If you notice a mistake or your parcel is delayed, missing or damaged, contact Lovely Gifts with your order reference so we can investigate.
